Meet Our Carthage Dental Team

Paulina, Office Manager

Paulina has been with us since we first opened our doors in December of 2025. To her, the best part of her job is taking care of both our patients and our team. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported and valued. Paulina earned her Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Antioquia in Colombia and her MBA in Finance from UNCW. She also holds a Phlebotomy Certification from FTCC.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Paulina’s parents and brother still live there. Even though her family is spread across two countries, they still remain close and connected. Paulina’s husband is currently serving on active duty in the US Army. When Paulina isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and staying active. She also likes to watch movies at home, travel, go to the beach, and watch soccer.

Ariana, Dental Assistant

Ariana’s favorite part of her job is helping patients feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease in the dental chair. For her, making their experience positive while getting to know her patients and building a lasting relationship over time is rewarding. Ariana graduated from Western Iowa Tech in 2019.

Calling Cameron, NC, home, Ariana loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their pit bull. With family roots in Mexico, she enjoys cooking traditional Mexican dishes. Outside of the office, Ariana enjoys exploring new places and making memories with her family on trips to the beach and mountains.

Jenna, Dental Assistant

Jenna’s favorite part of being a dental assistant is getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. She loves building lasting relationships with her patients and making each visit a positive experience. Jenna has been assisting since 2021.

Originally from Sanford, North Carolina, Jenna lives near her parents and siblings. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, going to the beach and going fishing. When she’s not outdoors, you can often find her spending time with her cat, Leo, or enjoying time in the kitchen trying out new recipes.

Madison, Dental Assistant

Madison loves being able to work alongside such an organized and functional team and helping her patients feel welcome and comfortable in the office. She attended Lakeside Dental Assisting School and has her certifications in dental radiology, chairside assisting, nitrous oxide monitoring, and coronal polishing. She continues to expand her clinical skills with advanced education every year.

Originally from Dallas, North Carolina, Madison’s family includes her parents, two siblings, three nieces and nephews, and her daughter. She likes spending time with her daughter and driving home every so often to visit her family. An interesting fact about Madison is that she attended dance classes throughout most of her life, beginning when she was two and ending at 19!

Lauren, Dental Hygienist

Lauren graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2018. She is licensed to administer local anesthesia and has completed continuing education each year to stay abreast of the latest advancements and always deliver the highest quality of care. Throughout her career, she has served as a Hygiene Director and mentor and regularly participates in dental mission trips, including free dental clinics. Her favorite part of her career is helping her patients feel healthier and more confident!

Lauren’s hometown is Santa Rosa, California. Her family includes her husband and baby boy, as well as their three rescue dogs and three rescue cats. Whenever she isn’t at home or at the office, you can find her going to the beach, kayaking, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and gardening. She and her husband have been renovating an old house, so she has also become very handy!

Donna, Dental Hygienist

Donna worked as a dental assistant with Dr. Langley for several years before going back to dental hygiene school. She attended Fayetteville Technical Community College. Her favorite part of her job is the people she works with and getting to know her patients on a personal level.

From Fayetteville, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband riding pit bikes. She has two dogs, three cats, and two children (with one on the way)! An interesting fact about Donna is that stray animals always seem to find her, which is how she ended up with the pets she has now!

Sarah, Dental Hygienist

Sarah is a Registered Dental Hygienist who discovered her passion for dentistry at a young age. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career where she could make a positive impact on others while being part of a team that felt more like family. She began her journey in dentistry as a dental assistant before continuing her education to become a dental hygienist. Sarah is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and strives to create a comfortable, welcoming, and positive experience for everyone who sits in her chair. She is also certified in local anesthesia and is dedicated to continuing her education to provide the highest quality of care.

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. She has a love for animals, antiquing, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about Sarah is that she is an Advanced Open Water and Nitrox certified scuba diver and enjoys searching for prehistoric Megalodon teeth!
